From 2004 to 2010, Raimon Land has completed eight properties worth a total sales value of over THB 12 billion: four in central Bangkok (under three brand names: The Lofts, The Lakes and The Legend), two in Pattaya (Northshore and Northpoint) and two in Phuket (Kata Gardens and The Heights Phuket).
Going forward, Raimon Land intends to maintain the rapid pace of growth set in recent years. The company will continue to proactively identify new opportunities and negotiate land acquisitions for future developments specializing in a wide array of offerings for virtually every wlak of life including mid-to-high-end condominiums, niche town house and villa projects as well as a newly launched brand called UNIXX that will bring Raimon Land quality to the entry level segment in Bangkok and resort areas.
The company currently has a portfolio of four on-going projects and a number of planned future projects on the horizon. With the THB 5 billion Northpoint property in Pattaya completed in 2010, from 2012 to 2014, Raimon Land will hand over residential properties including The River and 185 Rajadamri, both located in Bangkok as well as Pattaya’s Zire Wongamat and the newly launched Unixx South Pattaya. With a total sales value worth over THB 31 billion when accounting for the new lifestyle retail development The Vue, Raimon Land is well positioned for the future.
